Shipping Policy for Windsor Wonders

1. Printify Shipping Policy
-The default shipping policy will be Printify's shipping policy as they handle shipping from their suppliers, then Shopify and this policy will fill in any applicable areas after. Please refer to Printify and Shopify for their full shipping policies on their sites at www.printify.com and www.shopify.com

1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed in as timely a manner as possible. This includes the time it takes to print and prepare your items for shipment. There may be delays if there is low stock or a high order volume, but you should usually expect most items to be in production within a week depending on order size and items included. Some items require more preparation to maintain quality.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We offer various shipping options through Printify, including standard and expedited shipping in qualifying areas. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 14-21 days depending on location, order size, available stock etc
- Expedited Shipping: 7-14 days depending on location, order size, available stock, etc
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination of your order.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping costs at any time.
4. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the shipping options available at checkout for your location.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international orders.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order's progress.
6. Issues with Your Order
- If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays or damaged items, please contact us at windsorwondersfamilychannel@gmail.com within 90 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
